Recipe: Cheese Slaw

Here is one of my favorite appetizer recipes. Everyone always raves about it.

  • Block of swiss cheese (I shred it using the food processor)
  • 2 jalapeños (finely chopped)
  • 1 jar of banana peppers (drain juice and finely chop) or use several fresh ones  (I use the food processor to chop)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt & Pepper

Add cheese and peppers to bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.  Then add mayonnaise slowly, just enough to bind it.

Serve with crackers, bagel chips or vegetables.

Also, this is great as a condiment for a turkey sandwich or a burger or on its own.
