We finally had our family photo shoot after having to cancel it 3 or 4 times due to crazy spring weather. So, our spring shoot became a summer shoot. Our wonderful photographer, Christina Wolfe, suggested the Hahn Horticulture Garden at Virginia Tech and I’m so glad she did. It’s been many years since I had been and it’s so beautiful.
The shoot went as expected, actually I expect very little these days, so it went a little better than expected. The kids actually stayed put for a few seconds with cajoling, singing, dancing and promises of stickers and ice cream. Christina is a one-woman toddler entertaining and photographing show.
After we were done, we continued to walk around to see more ducks and fish. I was blown away at how pretty it is.
