I love simple, easy weeknight recipes and this is one of my favorites, so I thought I would share. I have changed how I have made these over the years, but finally settled on the spices I like the most. Of course, I try to use all organic ingredients.
1 – 1.5 lbs ground turkey or chicken
Mix up. Form patties. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes on foil lined pan. Flip burgers half way through.
Serve with avocado slices on top or on the side. Also, sometimes I put a slice of havarti on top.
