Only one year to go until 40. We celebrated by having a few friends over for a cookout. I decided to try a new Mango Pineapple Salsa for the burgers. I think it turned out great and really added a delicous twist to hamburgers.

This is the cake I absolutely destroyed. It wouldn’t come out of the pan, so it looked awful, but tasted good.
